ORIN Terms of Use

1. Introduction

ORIN (the "App") is operated by the ORIN team ("we"). Contact: support@orinfootball.com. By downloading, accessing or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Age

The App is intended only for people aged 18 or over. You must also be of legal age where you live. By using the App you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. The service

ORIN provides:

• football information: fixtures, live scores and events, lineups, statistics, standings and head-to-head records;
• ORIN analytics: Match Pulse, ORIN Insight, xG and pressure index, Match Facts, and probabilities estimated by ORIN's statistical model.

Football data comes from third-party data providers. It may be delayed, incomplete or corrected later, for example when VAR disallows a goal.

4. Probabilities, odds and betting disclaimer

• Probabilities and fair odds (1 divided by the probability) are estimates from a statistical model based on past data. They do not guarantee any outcome.
• Historical rates (for example "7/10 matches") only describe what happened in the stated sample.
• All content is provided for information and reference only. It is not betting, investment or financial advice.
• ORIN does not accept bets, does not organise or broker betting, and is not affiliated with any bookmaker.
• You are solely responsible for your decisions and for complying with the law where you live. Where betting is illegal, you must not use ORIN content for betting.
• If gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you, please seek help from a professional or a local support organisation.

5. Account

• You can use the free features without an account.
• To buy or restore ORIN Premium you sign in with Sign in with Apple.
• You are responsible for securing your device and Apple account.
• You can delete your account at any time in the App under Me → Delete account.

6. ORIN Premium (paid subscription)

• ORIN Premium is offered as a monthly plan (reference price 249,000 VND per month) and a yearly plan (reference price 2,499,000 VND per year). The exact price for your region is shown by the App Store at purchase.
• A 3-day free trial is available to eligible users under Apple's rules: one trial per Apple account for the ORIN Premium group. When the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid unless you cancel before then.
• Payment is made through Apple In-App Purchase with your Apple ID.
• Auto-renewal: the subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the new period starts.
• Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We do not issue refunds directly.
• Restore purchases with the "Restore purchases" button in the App.
• Deleting your ORIN account does not cancel your Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings.
• Premium features may be added or adjusted. We will not materially reduce the value of a period you have already paid for.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

• copy, scrape or resell data or analytics from the App;
• probe, interfere with or circumvent security, rate limits or paid-feature locks;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual property

The App, its design, the ORIN brand, and ORIN's analytics and models belong to us. Team, competition and player names, logos and data belong to their respective owners and are shown for informational purposes only.

9. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from:

• delayed, missing or incorrect data;
• service interruptions;
• reliance on ORIN content for any decision, including betting decisions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Subscriptions purchased through Apple remain governed by Apple's policies.

11. Apple terms

If you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will announce material changes in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes will first be resolved by negotiation. If negotiation fails, they go to the competent court in Ho Chi Minh City.
